For :iconi-have-stuff: because he encouraged me to finish it. I wasn't going to. x_x

It was fun, though I am still not entirely happy with the hair... And I still draw too slowly.

You can repost/use in banners/whatever, but if my url doesn't show, a shout out would be nice where you use it.

Before I even begin, I have to say that I don't know much about MLP so I'll mainly be critiquing your art itself and not as much the subject matter.

I'll start off with the parts that I really like about this piece. The shading on the skin is excellent. I really like the natural and rather painterly look that you've given it; it looks soft and realistic. Also, on the subject of shading, the lighting is very good. I like how you give the entire body a rounder and more realistic appearance by including the reflected light on the shoulder on the right side as well as on the side of the face. In general you do an excellent job of varying your light intensity.

I also like how the lines that border the background are not too intense and unrealistic. The soft look really gives a nice feel to the piece.

Although I love this piece as a whole, there are a few things I believe you could alter. One of these things is the part in her hair...in my opinion, it looks a bit too much like a chunk for me. As in, I believe at that place if you would emphasize the separate strands a little more it would give a more realistic appearance. Also, I think her irises look rather flat. To me, they lack the dimension that a the rest of this painting has. Perhaps if there was a bit more variation in darkness in them they would appear to have more depth.

That's all. I hope you find it fair. (:
